Although we aim to deliver a high-quality result, we cannot guarantee the return of a rental bond because the final decision remains with the property owner, agent or relevant authority.

Our services include lawn mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, weed control, hedge and shrub trimming, green-waste removal, garden-bed maintenance, leaf and debris removal, light pruning, mulching, basic landscaping and general yard clean-ups. Services can be arranged as a regular maintenance schedule, a seasonal service or a one-off property tidy.

Each job is assessed according to the size and condition of the property, grass height, terrain, access, vegetation, required equipment and the volume of green waste. The agreed quotation or job scope will clearly identify the work included. 

Overgrown properties, extensive weed removal, large branches, specialist tree work, heavy vegetation, additional waste disposal and work requiring specialised equipment may incur additional charges.

Our services include garden-bed preparation and restoration, planting, mulching, weed-mat installation, garden edging, soil improvement, gravel and decorative-stone placement, minor turf repairs, small garden makeovers, basic planting plans, green-waste removal and pre-sale or end-of-tenancy yard presentation.

Every landscaping project is assessed individually and quoted according to the agreed design, site conditions, access, labour, equipment, materials and disposal requirements. Plants, soil, mulch, gravel, edging, weed matting, turf and other materials will be itemised or included as specified in the quotation. Any variations identified after work begins require client approval and may result in additional charges.

JJAC focuses on functional, manageable and visually appealing outdoor spaces. We consider the property’s soil conditions, drainage, sun exposure, intended use and ongoing maintenance requirements when recommending suitable improvements.

Our landscaping services are limited to light, non-structural work. Structural retaining walls, major excavation, complex drainage, electrical work, plumbing, irrigation-system installation, tree removal and other licensed or specialist work are excluded unless arranged through an appropriately qualified contractor.
